Brendon from 4one4 Property Co. was great to deal with — he made the whole process really easy for us from the start. Communication was clear, and everything from approval to move-in went smoothly. He also seems to be on top of repairs and maintenance really quickly, which has made settling in stress-free. Would definitely recommend Brendon and the 4one4 team for anyone looking for a well-managed property.

This is the first time I work with this company who showed me the true professionalism in leasing out my property. All the jobs before and after impressed me and I really like the way my PM Brendon communicated with me, very chill and thoughtful, did a 100% wonderful job for me! Hopefully we will have a smooth long term partnership in the future!

We had a very challenging situation when our tenant broke their lease and left animals locked in a room, causing significant damage. Demi handled everything seamlessly—from arranging carpet removal and repairs to the flooring underneath, lodging the insurance claim, and keeping us informed every step of the way. She even took calls after hours and while on holidays to make sure we were at ease and knew things were being looked after. Her professionalism and dedication were outstanding. We can strongly recommend Demi and the team at 4one4 Property Co. for anyone looking for a property manager who truly goes above and beyond.
