Demi has been an exceptional property manager for our rental property. What truly sets her apart is her consistent kindness and caring approach to both us as landlords and, from what we understand, to our tenants as well. She is always professional and efficient in handling all aspects of the property management, from tenant communication to maintenance requests, but she does so with a level of genuine consideration that is truly appreciated. We feel confident knowing that Demi is looking after our property. She is proactive, responsive, and always communicates clearly. It's evident that she cares about ensuring everything runs smoothly for everyone involved. If you're looking for a property manager in Hobart who is not only highly competent but also incredibly kind and considerate, we highly recommend Demi. She has made managing our rental property a stress-free and positive experience."

The efficiency and ease with which Demi and her team handled our tenancy agreement was outstanding. Her professionalism and obvious ability, made the whole process, from first viewing, to singing the agreement, a walk in the park. Far exceeding my previous experience with other agencies. Can’t fault them, thanks guys. 👏👍👌
