My engagement with 4one4 began with a great chat with Patrick Berry who impressed me with his ethos around how he aims to look after his staff and customers in how he runs 4one4. Next I met with Brooke who visited me at my property and gave a thorough run down of all that was involved in becoming a landlord with them, and answered all of my questions completely. Brooke chose Demi as my assigned property manager and Demi did a great job of fielding more questions from me, whilst finding two great submissions for review after a successful open home. From my property being listed to a signed agreement being in place was just over a week and I'm happy with the weekly rental secured. All in all a great experience so far and now hopefully the tenants have a good stay and look after my place as if it were their own. Highly recommend this crew.

I cannot speak highly enough of Brooke and the team at 4one4. Every interaction has been nothing short of fabulous. They are professional, knowledgeable and really care about their clients. I've witnessed the team not only provide exemplary service to myself as a landlord but also really care about their tenants. Their ability to meet all landlord needs while providing a rare caring attitude to tenants needs has really left me so impressed. I'm incredibly grateful to have connected with 4one4 and cannot recommend them highly enough. Keep being fabulous guys. Thanks for everything.

Demi has been nothing but professional from start to finish of my rental application process. Nothing was a hassle for her and I feel confident she will look after both parties equally during the rental agreement period.

Cannot fault the efficiency of the process. . We had a situation that wasn't ideal but Brendon, Trisha and the team did a fantastic job of communicating with us and helping us navigate our extenuating circumstances.

Great and quick bidirection communication. Well understanding the market . As a landlord, the process of finding right tenant is well engaged. I have a visibility for how many rental applicants, what is the applicant background, etc. So it makes easy to sense the current market situation.
