Janaya was communicative, professional, and incredibly person-centred in her approach. She was delightful to work with in securing a rental.

My family and I have had so many issues finding a house with up-to-date maintenance and heating in an area local to us, with a competent landlord and support. As soon as we joined 4 One 4 we we able to quickly find a house that fit all of that criteria, and our agent has gone above and beyond for us since we moved in. Any problems with the house are being actioned with awesome communication. They were very understanding during the inspection as to what our situation was at the time as well, at the house we applied for was just about exactly what we were looking for. I cannot recommend 4 One 4 enough!

The agent took many photos of the house's condition, which is detailed enough. The agent clarified the tenant's responsibility clearly.

I purchased from 4one4 in 2019. They managed my first IP and I have continued to use their portfolio services. It has always been seemless and they are well known in the community and with trades. My managers customer service is impeccable. They need to be a model for other agents!
