Diana is a friendly and professional property manager who made the rental application process smooth and easy. She understands the tenant's perspective and is transparent with any issues, and made myself and my fellow housemates feel very welcomed into our new home. She is easy to talk to and appreciates & accommodates personal circumstances, which is a delightful touch. I would recommend Diana and 4one4 wholeheartedly as one of the best in Hobart.

A few things to be fixed around the house asap. But the communication is good and working hard to get these things sorted.

Very professional staff. Demi illustrated extensive knowledge of the property being leased. Answered all questions to my satisfaction. Very timely and kind too.

Brooke went above and beyond to ensure the property was handed to the tenants in usable condition. Particularly, quick to resolve water leakage and privacy concerns. I will definitely recommend 4one4, in particular Brooke.

My experience with 4one4 Property Co is average, specially with some lack of immediate communication specially related to transaction accounts prior receiving emails with URGENT - RENT IN ARREARS.

The team at 4one4 has been excellent. They have gone over and above, trying different things and always being available when I have had any questions.
