We have had our properties with 4One4 for many years and over the last 12 months Abbey and her team have gone way beyond what is expected of them. I have seen them arrange counseling for tenants, alternative accommodation where needed, and access to support services. I feel they work as hard for the tenants as they do the landlords. We find maintenance requests are down in a timely and costly manner and all calls and emails are returned within 24hr. I have recommended their services to several friends who now use 4one4 for poperty management. I would have no hesitations in using them for rentals or sales in the near/distant future!!

The experience has been ok. Things get fix asap but they don’t ask if it’s okay to give out the spare key so someone can come in a fix something. They just do it. They don’t know where the leak exactly is and they’ve just let a random walk into the house with no one there.

We took the property into consideration based on the advertised building size, but unfortunately, it did not match the actual size of the unit. However, I would like to highlight that the leasing process and paperwork were very easy to complete, and the agent was exceptionally kind throughout the process.
