All the staff at 4one4 have been absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly professional but also make you feel welcome, and go that little bit extra to make you feel respected and comfortable. We're looking forward to our tenancy very much!

My wife and I have been using 4one4 RE for many years, for purchase and management of multiple investment properties. They have been amazing with everything from inspecting and evaluating properties for us as we are not in Tasmania, to managing the purchase and leasing in these rentals. Their overall service and attention to detail is superb.

Demi was an actual superstar with getting our rental property on the way. Fantastic and fast communication, Demi is also very friendly and did not make me feel intimidated by anything I was not sure of. Keep up the great work Demi! We are super grateful

I switched to 4one4 from another real estate agent a few years ago and never looked back. The staff are amazing, personable, reliable and consistently take extra effort when helping with unique requests to help maintain my property. I love not having to worry about my tenants, maintenance, or anything else while not being in the country to manage it all. Absoultely recommend 4one4 to anyone renting, or managing :)

I was so glad with how Demi managed my application till I got the property at Bridgewater. She was so professional with good sense of costumer service. Each time we called or needed information, Demi was always available to assist us. Myself and my wife really appreciate the kindness we enjoyed throughout the process of our leave conversation with Demi. We hope this relationship last longer and with my experience, I would rate 4one4 services above 5 stars. Thank you.
