The service and caring support I have received from the staff at 4one4 has been outstanding. I often feel I can't thank Grace enough for the effort she has put in. She really does seem to care and want the same outcomes as me. She was persistent with my previous tenants and was very caring and understanding during a very stressful time. My property is a huge asset to me and the concerns the previous tenant put me though caused a lot of stress. Having the support, guidance and knowledge from Grace was such a relief and helped me enormously through the process.

A couple of basic things has let me down, eg no pets are part of the contract but I saw in a photo from an inspection report there was a pet I then had to point this out, I pay for the agency to make sure Tenant complies to their contract the same as I have to as the owner. When a tenant moved out items were missing (broken and removed months before) with no communication through inspection reports that the items were damaged and need replacing.”
