We will never go through selling a house again without him, he made things so smooth and simple, took care of everything, even installing a few light globes, and picking up items that we left behind, always willing and able to assist. Nothing was to much. Thank you Shane

Hi there, Hi there We did not have any interactions with Jay Standley; all our dealings were with Josh, which was confusing. However, Josh explained the business model which I then understood. Cam and I met with him at the office while we were signing the contract, and he was very informative. We are still navigating the settlement process, but overall, our experience has been positive.

I was undecided for some time, weather or not to sell my property. I didn't receive any pressure. When I did sell (1st viewing) during the whole process, Jay was available, and keeping me up to date.

Our apartment is unique . An unknown enigma ,with a range of different prices and apartments in this complex.Hard to nail the correct price to sell . We arrived at what the apartment owed us and went from there . To my disbelief two offers in a short time . We procrastinated for around a month . Jay was patient reminding us most days to sign our counter offer . That being done it was all signed and sealed overnight . He has a well chosen back up team working with him . Staff on the ball ,to answer every question we asked . Nothing was to much trouble for any of them . We were well taken care of from the minute Jay walk through our door for his interview to be our agent to sell our beautiful apartment . Excellent job Thank you Jay and team

I was unsure who to turn to when the time came to sell our home. Jay was prompt, professional, positive, & most importantly to me, very supportive during the process . I'm beyond happy with the result, the house sold in 9 days & I can't fault the process.
