I had been kept informed; however would expect lease exit terms & conditions should be set the tenant's expectation and upcoming rental prepayments until the property is secured by new tenants. Also should get the exit tenants to handover the property in good condition instead of maintenance to be done by agent/landlord to claim against from bond. The exit tenant breached the early exit lease contract terms and refused to pay any further rental payments while the landlord was still sourcing new tenants. The landlord had no choice to reduce proposed rent to source for new tenancy to minimise the loss; especially due to Covid-19 environment. So far, has yet received any updates for the claim of bond to compensate the maintenance and loss of the rents. Would expect better services to be provided to serve the landlord.

Property settlement on Aug 2020 - Melbourne started complete lockdown. Steven was very dedicated to get my property rented out asap. He managed everything (collecting keys, professional video ads, tenant finding, etc). Provide constant updates on inspections and professional advises on rent adjustment through such difficult time with covid-19 lockdown. Process of tenancy agreement was made seamlessly so easy. Highly recommend Steven for his professionalism and would definitely recommend to any landlords out there!
