The marketing work is excellent, two apartments have been leased out within a month during a pandemic year. Really impressive But I have no much comment for the following management service. Will have to transfer the two properties to different agents. May come back to BarryPlant Docklands in the future only when the marketing is needs for finding new tenancy.

BP did get the job done - hence the 3 stars. But they did so by reducing the rent to the lowest in the suburb, so can't give anymore points for having a lazy strategy. Communication was poor throughout the process. Charged more instead. In these tough times you expect everyone to share the load, but instead they charged extra. Not a happy customer this time.

I have complete peace of mind knowing she is diligent and professional in her work. Also, property inspection is always conducted on schedule to ensure the tenants take good care of my property.
