Great agency
Barry plant have been so supportive to me through COVID .. especially Aprail ... always returning my calls helping with the renovations of my apartment and just the great customer service I received .. they also found tenants for my apartment so grateful I have been with Barry plant for 15 years and wouldn’t change them for any other real estate

If I could give no stars I would
The agent is non responsive to correspondence when it really matters. When there are significant issues in the tenancy (which there shouldn’t be if it was being managed) the agent is AWOL. Probably my worst real estate experience, in fact so bad it makes me want to just sell the property because it’s not worth the hassle.

A Trustworthy and Efficient Agency
As an oversea investor on property, I am lucky that I found Barry Plant Docklands and got the agreement with them. All the items relating to fees and service are very clear and transparent. the most important thing is that they rented out my flat within 3 months under current so difficult situation. Although the tenant was cut down, I am still satified. I've gotten a very detailed list every month from Barry Plant Docklands. With the help from Barry Plant Docklands, I have nothing to worry about my property even though I can not fly to Melbourne. This is a trustworthy agency, which is especially important to the overseas investor!
