My apartment has been taken good care of by Barry Plant for about 3 years. I always receive the monthly statements and rent on time. As to a few repair works, my agent Mei arranged properly for me. There has been some difficult situations such as rent negotiations during covid-19 pandemic period. Mei patiently assisted with the landlord and tenants communications even though she was at home during the lockdown. I was also contacted by other staff at Barry Plant regarding contract renewal, repairs etc. They have been helpful too. I think my apartment is in safehands and I don't need to worry much. As a landlord living overseas, I am happy to choose Barry Plant to manage my property.
