We would highly recommend Mark Di Giulio and his team from Barry Plant Manningham. From the first time we met Mark some 9 months prior to our auction until the day of the auction, Mark and his team of Lisa, Adam, David and Robert showed us they had the experience, knowledge and skills to achieve the best results for our property. Their courteousness throughout the process was outstanding and, at the end of the day they showed they were right when they told us they were the local experts. For anyone selling in the Manningham area we rate this team number 1 and highly recommend Barry Plant and especially Mark Di Giulio. - Chris and Naomi

Very professional, excellent service, daily feedback of all interested parties, kept us informed. A number of little extras helped on day of the auction such as the complimentary drinks, coffee van and red carpet. I look forward to providing this feedback for Mark.

From our first meeting with Mark, we felt confident in his capabilities and professionalism. He explained all aspects and processes involved with selling the property. He also kept us fully informed regarding the campaign via regular calls and emails. We had complete trust in his abilities and found him to be friendly, honest and professional in every way. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is thinking of either buying or selling a property. Also we have had feedback from people attending the auction as to his rapport with the crowd and his very friendly and charismatic manner.

When we decided to sell our home of some 35 years, we interviewed several agents who had sold properties in Bulleen. Mark Di Giulio from Barry Plant was friendly, courteous and professional from our very first contact. We were impressed by his coherent marketing plan for our property, his knowledge of the area and his past performance in Bulleen. Throughout the process, he explained his approach, consulted with us, gave good advice and maintained a high level of communication. Although we spent a bit more on advertising than we had originally thought necessary, this no doubt helped to achieve our great outcome. His efforts on our behalf to achieve an excellent result were outstanding. He and his team were the epitome of professional. Would we sell with Mark again? In a heartbeat!

We were delighted with all aspects of the sale of our property and extremely impressed with the professionalism and sensitivity with which Mark Di Guiio and his team conducted themselves from the early stages before going on the market right up to settlement. In particular, Mark's ability to read the crowd during the auction process, communicate with us so openly, and achieve an outcome beyond our expectations confirmed that we had the best person working for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark's services to anyone who is considering selling a property.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark Di Giulio again for the successful sale of our property in Bulleen. We were very impressed with Mark, he gave us plenty of advice and always kept us informed with regards to house inspections and the feedback he was getting from interested parties. As we had no previous experience in selling a property, we found Mark's advice very helpful. We can certainly recommend Mark Di Giulio as an agent who has great knowledge and always acts in an honest and professional manner. Kind regards Luigi & Carmelo Tripodi and Teresa Zarafa

Due to the "rental" section of Barry plant NOT representing us at all with regards to a dispute with our final tenant we had NO intention whatsoever of using BP. And I cannot recommend the Rental side of the business. BUT. if you are selling, the agencies all offer about the same kind of service with regard to listing, promoting, advertising, open houses etc etc.. I went and watched the preferred agents at their actual auctions to help with the selection and Mark was the best AUCTIONEER hands down. On the day this is what really counts!!!!
