Due to the "rental" section of Barry plant NOT representing us at all with regards to a dispute with our final tenant we had NO intention whatsoever of using BP. And I cannot recommend the Rental side of the business. BUT. if you are selling, the agencies all offer about the same kind of service with regard to listing, promoting, advertising, open houses etc etc.. I went and watched the preferred agents at their actual auctions to help with the selection and Mark was the best AUCTIONEER hands down. On the day this is what really counts!!!!

Mark Digiulio is a fabulous realestate agent. I think I was very lucky that when I first enquired with Barry Plant about selling that he was the agent I was put in contact with. He has been very patient as I had to negotiate with my ex husband about selling the property and that took a bit of time. Mark has a great manner about him, he's very positive but also made sure that we were realistic about the sale outcome. On the day of the auction we found out what a great auctioneer he is, it was a very interesting auction with a number of bidders and as we chose a non referral auction we were amongst the crowd. It was a great result and we are very happy with the outcome.
