Mark Digiulio & his team
Mark Digiulio is a fabulous realestate agent. I think I was very lucky that when I first enquired with Barry Plant about selling that he was the agent I was put in contact with. He has been very patient as I had to negotiate with my ex husband about selling the property and that took a bit of time. Mark has a great manner about him, he's very positive but also made sure that we were realistic about the sale outcome. On the day of the auction we found out what a great auctioneer he is, it was a very interesting auction with a number of bidders and as we chose a non referral auction we were amongst the crowd. It was a great result and we are very happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team and I have since the auction been letting anyone who listens know of my positive experience with BarryPlant.

easygoing but firm approach
I have been in the property business since 1999 and in comparison to other agents, I believe Marks approach, commitment and passion to property and property sales excels all the other agents I have done business with to date. He is truly a vendors agent and his results are self expressed by the amount of listings and sales he and his team consistently conduct and conclude.

Mark is a talented agent!

We would like to thank you for the great job you did in selling our house in 18 Matisse Drive, Templestowe in Jul, 2014 You worked tirelessly for us and did as much as any Real Estate Agent could have done, in providing assistance on the sale of a house. In addition to a very efficient closure on the negotiation and sale of the property which you did an excellent job at, you also went above and beyond the call of duty Advising pre-sales what was required to be fixed and what to focus on in renovating house to ensure fit for sale. This was important as the house had been rented out for 8 years and we needed to determine where, what and how much to spend money on. Advising a sensible reserve price in relation to the market which enabled buyer interest and ensuring we achieved a fair market price. Designing an efficient marketing campaign for the house. The house we knew from the start was not going to be easy one to sell. The level of interest enabled us to get a buyer support which did become critical on auction day. Advising the use of the furniture designer, Seline Seven. Her prices were very reasonable and the pictures re the property were fantastic. Emailed updates on the same day after each open house. Living in Singapore, this meant a lot. The weekly updates re the marketing campaign were also very useful. A walk through on pre-auction was tremendous. Competitive commission fees strictures with incentives to beat the reserve. Having Ms Lisa Yeung available throughout the campaign. A native Mandarin / Cantonese speaker is essential. Offering a free auction on the day The idea of offering hot drinks on a cold Auction Day was an absolute winner along with the Teddy Bears was great fun. Speedy resolution on auction day of the property. Negotiations were conducted speedily and promptly post auction and we were delighted with the sale outcome.
