A few months ago my 85yo mother was admitted to a nursing home & I was charged by VCAT with selling her unit & disposing of her assets. This was a stressful, traumatic experience at times. A colleague gave me names@Barry Plant, Philip Webb, Ray White & Hudson Bond. I set aside a whole day to conduct the interviews. Mark DiGiulio was the last cab off the rank. I was suffering from info overload & the task to select the most appropriate agent was becoming increasingly difficult. Prior to meeting Mark sent me his extremely impressive CV. He arrived exactly on time & was a standout. I was totally relaxed by his style. Mark was passionate, honest & demonstrated a strong desire to achieve the best possible outcome. His valuation was the first to arrive a few hours after he left the premises. In the end the decision was easy – Mark. He was an avid listener & his performance could not be faulted.
