Having contacted several local agents I decided on Mr. Lai, the initial meeting was at the home I was selling and he was the only agent who came armed with a full suburb history profile, property history and present market conditions report. This report was impeccably presented and easy to understand. We had lengthy discussions and he explained and answered all my questions and advised me on the best approach for selling the property. Once I signed David to sell the property his hard work went into overdrive. He made himself available to me or potential purchasers 24/7. He attended the property for after hours inspections and remained poised and calm even when potential buyers failed to show up for inspections despite having made a private appointment. He was always polite and encouraged them to re-schedule at a time convenient to the potential purchaser. I did not have to phone David once for an update or information he always kept in touch either via telephone or personal visit to the property. A few days prior to auction David presented a full comprehensive report on how the property was progressing on the market. I had a brief summary of potential purchaser feedback positive and negative, internet traffic and inquiries and potential purchasers who had shown a genuine interest in buying. I was not even nervous auction day as I knew everything was in place and I had set a realistic reserve price and was confident of reaching this price. I was proud when the Barry Plant Team arrived at my property for auction as they were totally professional and provided a inviting auction display.
