I approached the sale of my property with some trepidation, however this was soon laid to rest by David Lai's obvious knowledge, experience and professionalism. During the whole process I was kept fully informed of progress, even the minor details. The bottom line being, that, on auction day, I received a result far beyond my expectation. I am very satisfied with the experience and have no hesitation in recommending Barry Plant, and it's staff, to anyone looking for a dedicated agent.

Nothing was too much for Phillip, he kept us informed of all potential buyers and feedback on their comments. On day of the auction we were fully aware of what is going to occur due to his explanations. Numerous meetings were held between listing and auction day. Finally the price achieved was above the reserve which we put down to his work. We would recommend Phillip as the agent to sell your property
