Not offent that one would have a need to sell a house, but when you do then where to start? In my case through a friend I had the opportunity to have Phillip come to my aid. Mind you that I have seen Photo of Phillip on sale billboards around town and on the real estate section if local newspaper, but there were never a single thought that cross my mind that some days that I would receive his assistance in selling my house. The first meeting with Phillip was a very pleasant experience. He listened and comprehended exactly what our needs were. he guided us through the process and made recommendation on the best means of media that would attract buyers to walk through our door. He made suggestion on which area of the house that would need to improve in order to make it more attractive. At all times his attitude was positive. He provided us with a run down on what the price range for houses around the area so that we would have a good picture to aim for our house. It seemed to me that is nothing is not possible with Phillip. We gave him a rather short time frame to have the house listed and auctioned and he achieved it with ease.
I was most impressed with Phillip at our review meeting on how we went with the sale process in terms of number of visits, the sort list of potential buyers, etc. I was overwhelmed with the summary of statistic that he gave me. His professionalism gave me a great confidence towards a great results.
In the auction day, I love the way how Phillip cut the chase of non-serious buyers who even came late and whinned. He focused and devoted his time on the serious buyer. His negotiation for a good price for us was sweet and quick, and we were over the moon with the result!
In summing up our experience with Phillip Nhu, we found that he possessed all the quality of a professional in his trade. On that note, Phillip Nhu would be the one that we would love to refer our friends to Phillip Nhu when opportunities arise.
