Not offent that one would have a need to sell a house, but when you do then where to start? In my case through a friend I had the opportunity to have Phillip come to my aid. His professionalism gave me a great confidence towards a great results. In the auction day, I love the way how Phillip cut the chase of non-serious buyers who even came late and whinned. He focused and devoted his time on the serious buyer. His negotiation for a good price for us was sweet and quick, and we were over the moon with the result! In summing up our experience with Phillip Nhu, we found that he possessed all the quality of a professional in his trade. On that note, Phillip Nhu would be the one that we would love to refer our friends to Phillip Nhu when opportunities arise.
