Prior to engaging Jason & George at Barry Plant Sunshine we did our research on the various Agents in the area. We studied the clearance rates, the sales prices, the marketing strategies & the auctioneer’s style. Thankfully the decision was easy. We checked out the rest but we went with the best. Barry Plant all the way. Right from the get-go we knew these guys were the real deal & true pros. We were not disappointed. Jason & George were able to get us a RECORD sale price for our West Sunshine property . . . . $95,000 above our reserve price. Wow!!
