Jason has a pleasant approachable comfortable personality. He has excellent knowledge of the local area, so l felt l had some idea of what was happening with local auctions. I appreciated a comment he made of his regard for his buyers as well as for myself, the vendor. He remained in contact over the weeks of preparing the property for market, so l felt encouraged and supported and he offered suggestions for improvement in preparation for selling. The auction, with very wet conditions, was held inside, which was a bit restrictive for Jason, but with an awesome result, I couldn't be happier . A wonderful team !

Prior to engaging Jason & George at Barry Plant Sunshine we did our research on the various Agents in the area. We studied the clearance rates, the sales prices, the marketing strategies & the auctioneer’s style. Thankfully the decision was easy. We checked out the rest but we went with the best. Barry Plant all the way. Right from the get-go we knew these guys were the real deal & true pros. We were not disappointed. Jason & George were able to get us a RECORD sale price for our West Sunshine property . . . . $95,000 above our reserve price. Wow!! Naturally we were extremely happy & have no hesitation in highly recommending these two gentlemen to all prospective sellers. George, a very pleasant young man with a phenomenal work rate & professional attitude that’s second to none. At all times he kept us informed with updates as to where we were at. Advising us on which photos were best to use & why, helpful tips on how best to present our property, always polite, always courteous. He ran the OFI’s capably & smoothly. When choosing an agent, I wouldn't recommend comparing the commission % or the market appraisal an agent gives you but the skills and knowledge an agent has and that's why I go straight to Jason every time.
