When negotiation skill the the best value you want
After doing everything I can for the marketing process for my house, I am anxiously watching the whole process from the beginning, I was informed every information about what is going on with my house which is very handy helpful but I always stress on the result. Finally, on the auction day, people come, the auction stop at the very low price that I will never accept, so the auctioneer bring the buyer in and negotiate, and after that everything settle and the good price for everyone. In here I want to tell you it is easy when the auction goes smoothly, everyone bids strong, and you get the price you want. It is much harder when the auction does not get you the price you want, what do you do? That is what happen with me and that is where I rate Jason very high in negotiation skill and you need someone like him on your side, also his team, especially Andrew, who done a very good job in going around and ensure everyone anticipate in the bidding time, that is invaluable skill that you need in your selling process and that can not be taken for granted.
You need an agent who has the strategy which cover every aspect of the sale and I cannot thank you enough for myself to choose Jason and Andrew from Barry Plant, who are with me the whole way through, explain carefully and ensure you have calm and peace of mind which I believe no one who is the seller can have it in the selling process, in my case I clearly can see that they have covered everything even when thing does not goes according to what I expect, what do they do to ensure it is achieved after that. That is what you need.
