My partner and I had been searching for our first home for over 2 years in Melbourne's west- and not from lack of trying or being picky. Every weekend had been dedicated to open houses and auctions where we would be outbid way over our budget or came in as the second highest bidder. We met David and several of his colleagues throughout our search, often following them from one open house to another and found we got along with David really well, and he would actually follow up on things for us, unlike so many other agents who couldn't even get back to us when we'd email for a price guide. Fast forward to our recent purchase and we honestly believe we couldn't have done it without him- even though the house was scheduled for auction, David helped us to arrange an offer before auction and kept us updated every step along the way, which lead to the purchase of our first home. Even with countless phone calls, text messages, emails, questions and occasionally even cursing at him, David was always professional and didn't seem to mind. He offered realistic advise and went above and beyond to arrange private inspections or additional paperwork for many of the houses we had seen in the past, and most importantly helped put an end to our 2 year search to land us our perfect first home. We can't recommend David enough and can't stress how helpful he was. If you're looking for an agent to help you buy in the West this man should be your first point of call

I new from the start when deciding to list the property i was always going to choose BarryPlant due to their market dominance in the area, but i personally did not know Jason. After talking to Jason he mapped out a plan that would help to make a sale for my property. From all the agents i found to gauge a realistic sale price Jason's was more than $40,000 better than his competitors. Together with his team of professionals i was kept up to date with prospective buyers. At auction time the amount of buyers did not materialize not through any fault of his so getting a result i was happy with was testament to his ability to extract offers that were not coming. All along he had said not to worry or panic. I believe Jason delivered for me and i am sure he will for any other vendors that are looking to list their properties.
