After doing everything I can for the marketing process for my house, I am anxiously watching the whole process from the beginning, I was informed every information about what is going on with my house which is very handy helpful but I always stress on the result. Finally, on the auction day, people come, the auction stop at the very low price that I will never accept, so the auctioneer bring the buyer in and negotiate, and after that everything settle and the good price for everyone. In here I want to tell you it is easy when the auction goes smoothly, everyone bids strong, and you get the price you want. It is much harder when the auction does not get you the price you want, what do you do?
