Jason Allen - An outstanding performer
My wife and I were extremely impressed when we first discussed the possibility of placing the management of the sale in Jason's hands. It was clearly evident to us then that he has fine people skills as we immediately felt very comfortable in his presence.
At that time Jason was able to do more than merely give us a talk on sales procedures, but he opened up the sections in recent newspapers that featured the Barry Plant Sunshine advertising. There he drew our attention to recent sales in our area and explained how he had achieved very satisfactory outcomes, much better than the vendors had hoped for.
In meeting Jason at our property, we appreciated the very honest and sensible guidance he gave us as to what further steps we could take to enhance its attractiveness to a potential buyer, and where some of our efforts would be unproductive.
Throughout, his communication and the presentation of the documentation were exemplary. If he was not able to take my telephone calls he never failed to ring me back as soon as it was convenient for him to do so. Jason kept us fully informed frequently of the progress being made, and together with the clarity and quality of the documentation they all combined to completely satisfy his company's business motto, “Your red carpet experience.”
After much prayer on our part, and superb negotiating skills on Jason's part, we have been more than pleasantly surprised with the sale price he was able to achieve for us. We certainly received his 5 star treatment and cannot recommend him strongly enough to any potential vendor who is seeking A+ service, professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent sales competence
