We chose James under a friend's recommendation and it worked really well for us. Our property was sold in just 19 days. that was a total of 5 weeks from the day we decided to sell to the day to the day the contract was signed. We had doubt initially because James is based in Lane Cove and is an out of area agent for us. But in the end we were really happy with the result. James and his team were great to deal with from start to finish, they updated me regularly on inspections, James was on holidays and he was still closing the deal over the phone from the USA, ringing me to discuss, we had a number of offers and not once did he say I think you should take that offer until he knew that was the buyer was at his limit. He gave us an estimate of sale price which proved to be right on the mark. But we sold well above that price, the whole family was very pleased with the outcome.
