Patrick was easy to talk to from the very start and this continued throughout the campaign. He endeavoured to make sure my experience of selling my property was the best it could possibly be..personally helping me practically with so many things with his positive attitude and professionalism. Because my property needed to be sold as quickly as possible, he suggested workers to help clear out,clean,update painting and carpets etc and even a great conveyancer..who all were superb! At the end negotiating with the buyer, Patrick gave a great outcome and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend him!

Well, James dealt with all aspects extremely well and I grew to have full confidence in his advice. I recently engaged the services of Tim Holgate to sell a property on behalf of my Late Uncle estate where I was executor. As executor, I had to make decisions for my late Uncle that sometimes where completely overwhelming but having Tim’s years of experience and calming influence in my corner made the process seamless. After meeting with Tim, it didn’t take him long to realise I hadn’t done this before. He took the time to explain the sale process to me in plain English, he also gave me a plan to prepare the property for sale. Tim’s experience was tested on many occasions during the sale, we had early offers that I wasn’t sure what to do with, one offer was above the price we considered selling for. I consulted with Tim and trusted his advice which I’m so glad we did. Come Auction day we had 7 registered bidders and sold the property for $69,000 above the best offer we received during the campaign. James and his team worked really hard to get us the result we wanted in very challenging market. They always kept us in the loop with the latest updates about open days and possible buyers. James did make a lot of calls to prospective buyers and never gave up. Eventhough we did not get the result we were hoping for in the beginning of the campaign we did archive the best possible outcome in the current market situation. Tim was the real estate agent who managed the sale of the property when we first bought it 10 years ago. We were so impressed with him and his team that when we decided to rent out the property 5 years ago, we continued to use Belle Property to manage it as a rental. The property agent Sarah Moy went over and above for the 5 years she managed the property as she was immediately responsive to any issues that came up. When we decided to sell the unit, it was an easy decision to have Tim as our agent given the level of professionalism he showed over the past 10 years. He kept us up-to-date with all of the developments during the viewing period and worked harder than any agent we've ever dealt with. I cannot recommend Tim and the whole Belle Property team more if you are looking to buy, sell or rent out your property.
