Simon worked relentlessly to achieve the best possible result for our property. We valued his integrity and respected his opinion based on experienced market knowledge. Communication was consistent and honest and he worked tirelessly to achieve a good result for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon and his team to future vendors.

Selling my house with Patrick Lang was such an exciting, interesting process that I wish I had another one to sell! In spite of coming from the dark side (the north shore) he understood the inner west market and attracted the right kind of prospective buyers. And the accuracy of his advice on all issues associated with the sale was confirmed by the wider interest the house generated: for example, Beyond Productions spent a day here filming the first episode of a new real estate program to air from September. And Sky News Real Estate came to film the auction. Because of Patrick's great work, I can now retire to the north coast in comfort. Thanks Patrick!

We would highly recommend Patrick and Belle property. From day one Patrick was very efficient and focused on helping us prepare our property for sale and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly he got it onto the market. He maintained frequent communication with us throughout the process including being available at out of hours times that were most convenient for us. We really appreciated his straight forward and upfront approach, his dedication to ensuring a good result, and how well we were kept informed of the progress.

I would like to thank Simon, Jess and Lili and team at Belle Property Lane Cove. I had a fantastic experience selling our property. You made the whole process smooth and painless with great communication, knowledge of the market, candour and high quality level of customer service at all times. We were extremely satisfied with the experience and from the very initial meeting all the way to settlement, Simon Harrison and his team have been so comfortable to work with, so professional and efficient. We wanted to list the property for sale with a quick turn around and the team pulled all strings to make this happen. Further, the team leveraged their network and relationships in the area to make sure we were well placed with similar properties listed at the same time. To me this is going that extra step for peace of mind - not something all agents would go out of their way to do. The team also managed our expectations well, communicated and explained any changes in campaign with buyer feedback and with their great negotiation skills we were able to settle with a fantastic outcome. Jess Goodman in particular made the entire process stress free for us, going out of his way to make our lives easier. Thank you Belle Property at Lane Cove. I would highly recommend this agent.
