We recently engaged James for a second time and we were incredibly happy with the results that he delivered. James and his team were always prepared to help and always went above and beyond. Our auction results spoke for themselves and we would definitely engage James again in the future.

Patrick made the process of selling our property very smooth and straightforward. He was available for advice and information at all hours, and always kept us up-to-date with market news and the stats regarding our property. His patience was very much appreciated, especially as we moved towards the end of the campaign. Patrick achieved a result for us that was far beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate in recommending Patrick as a sales agent.

Simon and his team have just sold our home in Lane Cove. We cannot sing their praises too highly. What can we say apart from extremely professional at every turn. From negotiating the original engagement to managing the buyer inspections, to negotiating the sale and final price Simon and his team were respectful, sensitive, focused, flexible, accommodating, and completely aligned with our preferences and interests. They not only met every expectation, but exceeded them. They promised an excellent list of pre-qualified buyers and they delivered it, they nominated a very good expected selling price that we were happy with and then exceeded that. Their post sale behaviour has continued to match the excellent service pre-sale. So all in all they have been a pleasure to deal with and we recommend them highly.

Simon Harrison of Belle Property Lane Cove just sold my mother's property in Lane Cove. From our first meeting Simon's professionalism, passion and local market knowledge was evident. Simon and the team had a clear vision on how to bring the property to market. However; the most impressive part of the process was Simon's ability to seamlessly co-ordinate an end-to-end sale. This included arranging removalists, stylists, gardeners, cleaners and various tradespeople to attend to the property. The team's attention to detail completely removed the stress out of selling for my mother. In the end Simon secured a sale price that far exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend using Simon Harrison for the sale of your home.
