I was surprised by how much they achieved in one week considering the Christmas/ early January timeframe. They kept us informed at all times and managed the process with meticulous attention to detail. Our unit was transformed. Once the property was ready for sale Patrick used his considerable expertise to liaise with potential buyers, stimulate interest and balance our expectations with those of the buyers. He was particularly helpful right at the end when we were deciding whether or not to go to auction. His guidance regarding the auction process was instrumental in achieving a result that exceeded our expectations.
