We have come to know James via his involvement in the local market, along with seeing his results for neighbours and friends. James always came across as extremely knowledgeable about the Greenwich market and we noted that over our time living in Greenwich, he had clearly become the No1 agent. However, just as importantly, James had kept in regular contact, even when we were a long way from considering a sale. James always presented himself well and we developed a friendly relationship, so that by the time we were ready to sell, he was entrenched as our trusted advisor and the natural selection for the sale of our house. With regard to the sale, we experienced a shift in the market during the campaign and was James proactive in keeping us updated and setting the strategy to engage buyers in a slowing market. Other than maintain buyer interest during the campaign, James, and Steven's, expertise came to the fore on Auction Day. Despite a slow auction, James & Steven were able to keep the buyers engaged over a long period and on multiple times, when bidding seemed to have stopped, they were able to stimulate the auction and extracted ever dollar out of the process, which in a tough market made the difference for us to achieve a good result. For any future vendor, we can strongly recommend James and his team, that are a polished, professional and more importantly hard-working terrific outfit.
