I am pleased to write this review recommending Veronica Coco our property manager. Veronica is a fantastic property manager, she has achieved excellent rental results for us and is compassionate and committed to her tenants, always advising us when repairs are required and ensuring our tenants are happy. She works hard behind the scenes to manage our property, only contacting us when something needs our attention. Rental is always collected on time and repairs are attended to promptly with quotes provided to ensure we are paying an appropriate amount. Veronica is efficient, professional and just lovely to deal with. We couldn't be happier having her manage our property and I am happy to recommend her and Buxton Real Estate Bentleigh!

I am extremely happy with my rental agent, Veronica Coco, who manages two of my apartments. Veronica consistently demonstrates patience and professionalism, working closely with me to ensure everything runs smoothly. She is diligent in following up on issues and knows when to apply pressure to the Body Corp Agent when necessary. Veronica is also quick to research and recommend suitable tenants, often securing replacements within days of a tenant moving out. Overall, I am very satisfied with Veronica and the team at Buxton

Jaryd and Janine were great and it was less than 1 week from going live to being rented. On the first meeting that included another Agent, we were quite strongly talked down on asking price (ending up $50pw lower). Will never know how that might have panned out. However, the professionalism that everything else was handled was excellent.
