Since Lauren at Buxton took over the management properties, it has been very smooth. Lauren is a wonderful operator, ensures that tenants needs are taken care of promptly, ensure that landlords are also been informed and paid on time. When the tenancy runs out, she take proactive action in time to ensure that property is relisted to ensure it is promptly re-tenanted. I highly recommend Rental team @ Buxton Bentligh. Thank you so much

Buxton has managed our property for a number of years and during that time we have not had one problem with them. Communication is great, timely and comprehensive inspections are conducted and when there has been a change of tenants this has been efficiently done.

Lauren at Buxton took over the management of my unit in 2018 and from our initial consultation she has been the consummate professional, swift in replying to communication and dealing with anything related to management of the unit. When my tenants finished their rental period we had all the necessary processes in place which saw new tenants moving in a few days after the others left. I cannot recommend highly enough.
