Lauren at Buxton took over the management of my unit in 2018 and from our initial consultation she has been the consummate professional, swift in replying to communication and dealing with anything related to management of the unit. When my tenants finished their rental period we had all the necessary processes in place which saw new tenants moving in a few days after the others left. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Lauren is so pleasant to deal with and extremely efficient. I believe she treats both Owners and Tenant s with great respect. Any problems are dealt with immediately and efficiently, and someone is always available to answer any queries we may have. I have also found the reception staff to be very helpful and friendly.
