I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback regarding Jessica Ferguson, who is currently managing our property. Jess has consistently demonstrated professionalism and efficiency in all aspects of her role. She has been a pleasure to work with, always responsive and proactive in addressing any issues that arise. From managing repairs and tenant requests to successfully leasing our property Jess has truly gone above and beyond! We also appreciate the effort she put into coordinating the photography, advertisements, and arrangements with the existing tenant to ensure everything went smoothly.Thank you, Jess, for your dedication and hard work.

Being new to all of this, renting a property and being a landlord, I was overwhelmed with what is required and how to manage things after keys are handed over. However, Lauren has been so helpful and supportive for my experience as both (landlord and tenant) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to family and friends.
