The turnout was amazing and Craig clearly communicated what to expect and how we should deal with any eventuality. In the end the result was exactly the one we had hoped for, but at no time did we feel pressured to sell at a price we weren't comfortable with. We recently had the pleasurable experience of hiring Simon to sell our house and the campaign went really well. Simon and his team provided us with round the clock communication and outstanding service. We had significant interest in our place due to the right marketing advice and positioning of our property by Simon and all of the 3rd parties they use for interior decorating, photography, copy-writing, floral arrangements and window cleaning were all outstanding professionals. We originally hired Simon after witnessing his performance at another auction in our area and were so impressed with not just the result he obtained, but the way in which he engaged everyone and actually knew the bidders by name. It illustrated to us how invested he was in the process and how he personally worked with potential buyers, prior to the auction. In terms of service, Simon and Kate where extremely responsive to us via email, phone and instant messaging and they were completely straight up about everything - this to us was the most valuable part of the experience. In terms of the next most important part of the camping was the sale result itself. Our auction (despite having all positive signs and interest) didn't reach our desired amount immediately. However, it is exactly in times like these when the best estate agents really shine. Simon, spent the rest of the day following up with each and every interested party and ensured that our house was sold by the end of the very same day. His persistence, determination and sheer negotiation skills really came through. Moreover, he was so keen to provide us with great service, he also acted on our behalf at a couple of auctions as a bidder and was successful in the purpose our our dream home too. He is a respectful, considerate and reasonable gentleman and cares about the welfare of his clients.
