Daryl through his calm and professional manner made the process of buying a house a lot less stressful than what I have experienced in the past. I was kept fully informed at all stages and any questions I had were answered promptly. Daryl handled the negotiation process in a respectful way but still made sure that agreement was reached between the parties quickly which I attribute to Daryl making sure all parties had realistic expectations right from the outset.
