I put my Nedlands house on the market in November 2015 with Daryl Cook of Abode Real Estate with a projection of an auction in early December, unless sold prior. Daryl was absolutely first class with all arrangements and negotiations etc. As an older single person [late 70s] it was a huge relief to be able to rely on someone who was so competent and also thoughtful of my feelings and anxieties. In only 2 weeks Daryl had found a buyer who was suitable to me and it was a blessing not to have to go through months of having my house on the market – especially while living in it.
