Maurice was available after hours when we needed him and was always friendly and helpful.
Maurice knows Hervey Bay well and had a number of properties to show us. He was informative and helpful without being too pushy. overall the service was relatively stress free and we felt comfortable working with him.

Selling a property in Hervey Bay when you're based in Melbourne is somewhat stressful not being physically on hand. Kim took away all this stress - totally professional in all dealings, kept me up to speed within hours of open for inspections with feedback etc. The sale went through without any problems I would recommend Kim and Kim Carter Real Estate to any one buying or selling in the Fraser coast.
