Being from another state we were unaware of the procedures in Queensland but Annette made the process very easy for us and in some areas her support was beyond what we would have expected. She made herself available 24/7 and kept in touch throughout the process. When she wasn't available Brad helped out and was also most helpful. They were very professional and friendly and we would recommend them as agents.
