She is a true local, always available and extremely hard working. Steph was always positive and willing to go the extra mile. She made us feel comfortable at all times so we never doubted her ability. We were so happy for her to sell our beloved house. We had quite a tumultuous sale with lots of ups and downs but Steph stayed confident and pushed through to make it happen. An incredible outcome! The advertisement was great. Communication needed a bit of improvement. Post settlement distribution of deposit needs to be actioned quicker funds should not be kept by agent for days. Monies need to be distributed at time of settlement.

We needed to make a quick decision, as we had a firm offer on our property. There were very few properties within the area of Torquay to Urangan - plenty cheaper, some more expensive than the 700,000 - 750,000 that would fit our budget and our expectations We viewed Kim's property on 1 ocassion and put in an offer that was accepted. A second viewing to check measurements was arranged before settlement. Kim was polite, curtious and willing to assist. However, the sale was initiated by us.
