We met with several agents and decided to go with Kim Carter, she was the most professional and knowledgeable of the market at the time, we had a number we wanted and several agents valued us much lower. Kim gave us data and told us what we could expect, we achieved the price we wanted, which was both our number. Her communications with us were excellent and we were kept up to date with every visit. The sale was seamless and professional. We would use Kim Carter Real Estate again and recommend their service.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Annette. From the the appraisal throughout the sale process Annette was always helpful, informative and only a phone call away to answer any of our questions. The icing on the cake was having our property under contract within a few days. All I can say is Brilliant... would definitely recommend Annette.

Kim impressed us with her professionalism, her genuine concern to get us the best price for our home & to go the “extra mile” to find potential purchasers. She sets a very high bar for her colleagues both within Carter Cooper & for other agencies. She ALWAYS looks amazing, is always on time & always returns calls in a very timely manner & always keeps her clients informed & up to date. There is a reason why Kim is the #1 Real Estate Agent in Hervey Bay (& she has a wicked sense of humour). We have no hesitation in recommending Kim to take on any property at any price level.
