Agent couldn't do enough for u while the sale process was happening, very reasonable and easy to contact, very poor service once contact was signed. The place was very untidy when we moved in looking terrible compared to the time of inspection, when contacting agent about it pretty much got the response of what do you want me to do about it. Failed to supply all house keys when contacted about it same attitude what do you want me to do about it,not my problem,bad luck go get yourself a locksmith at your own expense pretty slack considering they didn't supply the keys or lost them, had to contact our solicitor to get anything done about it definitely would not buy through them again regardless of what they are selling and would not recommend to anyone else
