Easy to deal with

One of the best

Kim and Brad were very professional in their approach to selling my property.
Kim and Brad were spot on with their valuation of the property. The banks independent valuation was almost identical. Brad kept in constant contact with me about market trends when the interest rate rises began the best strategy to market the property.

Maurice and Nicole Ellis- Agents Extraordinaire!
From the very first inspection of our home Maurice was positive and enthusiastic about the sale. Both he and Nicole appraised the buildings and came up with a planned strategy with regards to the marketing. Such was their knowledge of the area, real estate valuations and marketing, that we had several inspections and 3 offers within the first week of being on the market. Once we accepted an offer, they saw us all the way through the process to settlement. Nothing was a trouble for them, keeping us informed with every detail of the sale.
