It's always hit and miss dealing with agents interstate. However, Maurice was professional and courteous through our engagement for our investment in Hervey Bay! Maurice was informative and communicated clearly with us through the process of our purchase.

Our experience with Kim was fantastic when we purchased a property in Hervey Bay. We found Kim to be extremely helpful during our negotiations, especially as we weren't local to the area. Everything ran smoothly from start to end and the communication from Kim and the team was great. Highly recommend.

Kim was an incredibly helpful and supportive agent for me when it came time to sell my mum's house. Very prompt in coming and looking at the house and giving us an expected price. Kim couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Incredibly professional service.

Kim and Brad were spot on with their valuation of the property. The banks independent valuation was almost identical. Brad kept in constant contact with me about market trends when the interest rate rises began the best strategy to market the property.

From the very first inspection of our home Maurice was positive and enthusiastic about the sale. Both he and Nicole appraised the buildings and came up with a planned strategy with regards to the marketing. Such was their knowledge of the area, real estate valuations and marketing, that we had several inspections and 3 offers within the first week of being on the market. Once we accepted an offer, they saw us all the way through the process to settlement. Nothing was a trouble for them, keeping us informed with every detail of the sale. High recommendation for them from us.

Kim provides professional service in a high pressure industry. She knows her field, and is an excellent communicator. I do not hesitate to recommend her and her office to anyone who may wish to retain a Hervey Bay Real Estate sales professional to appraise or sell their property.
