Maurice was recommended to us by a neighbour whose house was sold the same day as her enquiry to Maurice. We also would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a genuine, helpful Agent. Our previous experience was often that once the deposit has been paid it was very difficult to contact the Agent if there were any queries. Maurice was very diligent about keeping in touch with us, tenants, as well as any interested buyers so that there was as little as possible inconvenience or disruption to all concerned. We found him & Nicole to be very honest and sincere while also considering both Buyer & Seller requirements - a difficult task sometimes.
