I have dealt with Kim for two sales now and one land purchase. On each occasion Kim has been a pleasure to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable. The thing I like most is that Kim with listen to what you the client wishes to express about your situation and then look to work with you to achieve that outcome. With this most recent sale, I was impressed that Kim had clients ready to have a walk through that were the perfect fit for purchasing my house. The price was right up to my expectations and I was more than happy to move forward once my offer was accepted, which occurred within 48 hours of my initial discussions with Kim. In addition Kim kept in contact with myself throughout the whole process right through until settlement. Kim also has great rapport with the local solicitor firm that I use along with the bank, so each step in the process went by seamlessly.
