Once I decided to use Kim from Carter Cooper I knew that I had made the right decision. Upon sign up I was made to feel at ease with the professionalism, the local knowledge and the client base. I somehow knew that my house would sell without any hiccups. And it did. I highly rate Kim and her team and would not hesitate to recommend hey agency. Well done and thank you Kim.

I have just had the pleasure of dealing with Kim and her very professional team, Kim was always very prompt on returning call. Sale was very prompt and Kim or members of her team were always on hand to answer any questions. Overall a very stress free experience dealing with this team and I would highly recommend using Kim and her team to sell your property.

Very knowledgeable about Hervey Bay and surrounds which was very useful for a newcomer Very understanding and supportive of an older first time buyer made a potentially stressful experience an exciting one.

Before our property was listed for sale Maurice and Nicole advised us on the best way to present it.This advise was very effective with the result that all prospective buyers were impressed by the property even if it was not exactly what they wanted. Maurice kept us informed regularly during the marketing process and exposed our property to a wide range of prospective buyers. At all times he acted in a thoroughly professionally and friendly manner

Annette displayed honest, open and continual communication from the moment we engaged with her as our agent, right through to the sale of our property. We bought our first home through Carter Cooper realty. The day we called to arrange an inspection Kim was more than willing to organise the inspection for the same day. Amanda opened the home without following us around every room as some agencys had done in past inspections. This made us comfortable to inspect at our leisure and discuss making an offer. The offer pack was sent immediately as we had asked. Within a matter of days we had a contract! When making enquiries throughout the course of the contract every person we spoke to from the team was helpful and efficient. When picking up the keys, it was lovely to receive a gift of champagne and Carter cooper wine glasses. The gift was so thoughtful. Although the bottle was cracked upon our first night in the house, the glasses will be kept safe as sentiment of our first home. Thank you again guys!

From the day you listed our property we were quite confident you would find our buyer, as you did. Thanks again Kim for a very expedient & 'hassle free' sale & settlement. Barbara & Neville Hanson
