I bought my first house in Hervey Bay in 2012 for my retirement which at the time was forward planning or I thought. The house was at Point Vernon two blocks to the Esplanade also a coffee shop on the way. As time rolled by and closer was retirement I decided the house was not for me to settle into long term. I decided to buy another house which was closer to amenties and this was when I first meet Maurice. I found Maurice a top first class gentleman. He was fair to both the (buyer & seller) and helped both parties to reach a great outcome. I was guided by Maurice as to pricing the house for the housing market. The first buyer offered $15,000 less than the market value I declined. Maurice suggested I take $9,000 off the market price the house sold immediately. In hind sight the housing market was booming and this was my first offer I could have hung in there to obtain the full amount that I was requesting for the house. I signed the contract to sell which was a win win for both parties.
