Very professional
Kim handled my mother-in-laws needs very well. She never pushed her when she was feeling apprehensive about selling her house which she had been in since building it 25 years ago. It was where she has so many memories with her late husband. Kim was very thoughtful and knew how to handle the situation at all times.
