Recently Alicia has taken over the property management of our home and although unexpected surprises are always popping up I have always found the attentiveness of Alicia and the team at Century 21 to always want to act upon any issues straight away and have them resolved for myself and importantly, the tenant. Alicia is always be open to discuss different options for repairs and trades people to ensure the property is kept to a high standard. I have huge praise for the property management team and the work they do and the responsibilities they undertake to help both the landlord and the tenants.

I was impressed by Ane’s warmth and helpfulness and how quickly everything was processed and accepted by the team. I have not always been the biggest fan of realestate/ property agents, but the people at Century 21 (Duporth) are a cut above what I have experienced in the past as a property investor. We bought our Maroochydore Waters property through them and they managed its rental for a few years before we took personal control ourselves. They were always on top of everything with good communication, a great panel of local trade and maintenance people and generally provided a seamless service which reflected great local knowledge combined with obvious depth of experience amongst their staff. We recently put the place back into the rental market with them. I was incredibly impressed by their communication, suggestions and quick responses to any queries we had. I think it was local knowledge of the market combined with a very proactive and keen group of staff (from the principal to the day to day property managers) that really made a difference. I would highly recommend Century 21 as a great marketer and manager of rental properties in the Maroochydore area.
