Century 21 have been managing our two rental properties for nearly 6 months. We find them very thorough and courteous with communication. If there is any issues they promptly have it rectified. They are a professional team, yet always friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

Strong rental market means receiving alot of applications, sorting out and deciding on the best fit for our property was key. The team at Maroochydore short listed the applications after completing background checks and advised us of the best possible fit for our requirements. Happy with the outcome and advise we were given.

Thank you Century 21 Team for looking after our rental. Our tenants broke contract and you found us new tenants in record time and we didn’t have to lift a finger. We were about to look after the rental ourselves, but after this 10/10 experience we leave it in your capable hands.

We had Liz show people through our property, and straight away she received 2 very impressive applications, of which we chose 1 and she moved in a week later, could not have been easier, thank you so much Liz for a wonderful job. We have Sherrill manage our property, and once again very professional, easy to communicate with and a wonderful job overall. 10/10 to both Liz and Sherill, thank you both for the amazing job you do.

My family and I have been relying on Century 21 to manage our property at Minyama for many years now. Recently Alicia has taken over the property management of our home and although unexpected surprises are always popping up I have always found the attentiveness of Alicia and the team at Century 21 to always want to act upon any issues straight away and have them resolved for myself and importantly, the tenant. Alicia is always be open to discuss different options for repairs and trades people to ensure the property is kept to a high standard. I have huge praise for the property management team and the work they do and the responsibilities they undertake to help both the landlord and the tenants.

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of Ane and the team in the way that they managed our outgoing management team all the way through to placing our new tenants. She made the process a seamless one that was very much appreciated by us.

I recently applied for a property with Century 21 Maroochydore and Ane and the rest of the staff were amazing. I was impressed by Ane’s warmth and helpfulness and how quickly everything was processed and accepted by the team. Their communication was outstanding - I have been both a landlady and a tenant in the past so I understand both sides in these business relationships- and I believe Ane and the team were an excellent representative from both perspectives. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as a tenant- and if I were seeking a tenant. Thank you for all your help!
