Since leasing through another realestate who didn’t communicate efficiently, was unreliable and didn’t provide any support or security to us a tenants, century 21 on duporth has been unbelievable. Everyone in the office is so friendly and willing to help however they can. The communication is so quick between us and our property manager. If things require maintenance it happens the day of or within the week depending the urgency level. I couldn’t recommend century 21 on Duporth enough!

Excellent, efficient and successful outcome by both sales and leasing staff. Everything fully explained and carried out as promised. We cannot praise their skills high enough. A well-deserved 5 out of 5.

We have been happy with our ongoing and prompt and professional communication with Ane. From day one, she has sought to address our queries quickly and efficiently. She is friendly and always approachable. The systems within Century 21 have been disappointing - not notifying us of delayed rent and mismanagement of our smoke alarm compliance. These have been rectified but only because we identified them to Century 21. We hope this improves.

I recently has issues with mould due to the weather and a wall leak. Mel and the rental team at Century 21 on Duporth have handled all the insurance issues related to getting the problem fixed and loss of rent. They have done an excellent job and also found a new tenant so things are now back to normal. I would thoroughly recommend using the Century 21 rental team as they are professional and easy to deal with. Landlord

Ane and Rohani have helped us secure a property from overseas which we made our return to Australia far less stressful. We are grateful. We have dealt with Century21 Duporth for several years as landlords and now we are tenants and happy with their services.
