I recently purchased my first home from Paul Owen, very disappointed with the final outcome. The property was tenanted 6 weeks prior to my moving in, I doubt a final inspection was made, the carpets were filthy, many other faults were discovered. A complaint was put to the Real Estate, however this was not followed up.
